1980  Established in Taipei, Taiwan

1987  A trading division was founded to market the Resistors & Speakers

1990  Established manufacturing plant in Malaysia

1991  Established manufacturing plant in Harbin, China

1992  Merged “Rambell Corporation “ in Taipei, Taiwan whom developed Answering Telephone & Digital Recorder

1993  Set up branch office in China- One in Shanghai,One in Shenzhen

1997  Established “Teamsonic” which handled all the Components business specially in Speakers
